I think traction gave me a hernia. Be careful

Do not strain your body while using traction or have traction pull on the body too much. I believe I have a possible hernia from it.

Pain in the pubic area. Pelvic floor tightening. Testicles somewhat swollen. I'm getting a CT scan soon.

I have had 2 separate hernia operations both on the left side and right side. I am fully steel belted accross my abdomen. I can say that when I started traction back in November that my ligamments can get sore if I don't take a small 5 minute massage break. Also don't set the tension too high. Mike
