What if 2x2,5mg of dayli cialis?

Hi!
I'm three months in the disease.
Currently taking lots of supplements + 2,5mg nightly cialis + 2x400mg pentoxifiline (trying 3x but I think is too much for me yet, feeling a bit of anxiety when I tryied, not sure if this is the real cause though)

I Know it's still few time but so far, what has worked better for me, I mean really feel the effect (better blood flow, penis fuller...), is the 2,5mg cialis I take before bed.

Why not to take 2x2,5mg. for example 2,5 before bed and add a 2,5 midday intake??

My physician told me that 2,5-5mg once per day before bed is fine and that if I am about to have sex I can increase it to 10mg if I want. But that is if it is needed. On the package of my Cialis it says it should only be taken once per day, so that would indicate that it may not be good to take two doses per day.

I believe Cialis also differ from e.g. Viagra in that the effect last several hours so that should also reduce the need for multiple doses.

I would advise against it. Just try to get a prescription for the 5mg. The effect lasts a lot on your system, that's why it's once daily. at the same time.

Actually my prescription is for 5 and I have to split in two.
I'll stay with 2,5 for the moment and if at any time I decide to go 5 I'll do in just one intake (before going bed)
