Asphyxia

Found a post of someone who had positive results from using air activated warmers of hothands brand, but google shows it reaches 70 degrees celsius(158 Fahrenheit) and im pretty sure we need it to be around 40 degrees celsius(104 Fahrenheit)
Im also wondering if i can use a rechargeable hand warmer

Anyone knows a brand for the needed temperature?
Any advice on using warmers during traction?
I was thinking about wrapping it between the rods of the traction somehow
Im not sure why he didnt use warmers that stick to the skin, maybe he mentioned it and  i missed it
Do you think those that stick to the skin are good?

Thats the post
