I'll raise my hand to this.  I've only had mine for 5 months, but I am more than happy with it.  No more worries.  I can last as long as I want, I don't have to use any aids, and I look like I used to before this horrible condition

Read the well-documented posts.  EVERY man on this board (100%) wish they had gotten their implant sooner.  After I got mine, I vacillated between total joy and feeling like a fool for putting it off.
