Fell off the wagon

For about half a year now I had a very strict procedure for my Peyronies. Every morning I did manual traction. Every night I did rice sock, traction, ved pump. In that order. Along with a couple supplements and a very low carb diet I started seeing some hopeful results. Results that were frankly pretty miraculous. Well over the holidays I fell off the wagon a bit. Had a couple beers with my family and of course had some of the delicious food my mother spent days making for Christmas. I also slacked on my routine of traction ved rice sock. Well as of beginning of this week I masturbated for the first time in 2 weeks and the erection was fine. But next day I got an ache in my penis and low abdominal area. Kind of like inflammation. And it's day 3 the aching is still there. The penis also has gotten worse as far as semi flaccid. While it's filled it seems like it hasn't changed. I'm full blown back on the routine and healthy diet but I'm worried I have permanently hurt my self with this little holiday splurge. Has anyone else went through this and came back without more damage?

Asphyxia

Im pretty sure i read posts of NeoV mentioning that alcohol makes his symptoms worse, and it seems like he managed to come back from that through diet, fasting and traction, thats the conclusion i made from scrolling through posts and watching his channel anyway.
i wonder if we have to be so cautious for the rest of our lives though.

Have you been to a pelvic floor therapist for your hard flaccid?

I have not. Now that you mentioned it I actually looked up some excercises because when this started I urinate no less than 20 times a day which can be a pelvic floor problem apparently. Also hard flaccid is a symptom of that.
