If Penis Nerves are Damaged is this permanent or can recovery be made?

Hello I was wondering if a turtled/firm/hard flaccid is a result of penile trauma to the nerves such as neuropathy which results in pain to the pelvic floor mimicking CPPS symptoms. What machine does a urologist can use to diagnose any nerve damage to the penis? Thanks.

I just wondered if damaged nerves or arties can result in hard flaccid turtling.
