Can Hourglassing in The Flaccid State be 100% Caused By Pelvic Floor Tension?

Is there any possibility that the hourglassing in the flaccid/semi-erect state be caused by pelvic tightness and not any structural damage to the penis? Thanks.

Hourglassing in flaccid and semi flaccid state can be caused by pelvic floor issues

I went to a world renowned peyonries specialist and he told me that tense pelvic floor muscles cause hourglassing in flaccid and semi flaccid state. If it occurs when erect then that would be a different issue

I have no doubt that the pelvic floor can worsen penile health and likely worsen bending, but I think even the world's best simply do not know, or rather cannot treat, something that is not recognized by the medical community such as flaccid deformity in the absence of an erect deformity.

My flaccid deformity came before my erect deformity, and seemed to actually cause it. I've spoken to other men who report the same thing. Acute or early Peyronie's isn't really recognized.

Sorry, let me revise this.

(And thanks Mark, that's super interesting)

I think the pelvic floor absolutely makes Peyronie's worse, massively, but I don't think it's somehow separate from Peyronie's.
Any bending whatsoever = Peyronie's to me, and I will always stand by that until someone proves that flaccid bending is somehow NOT associated with penile hematoma and damage (Peyronie's).

I get a bit triggered by the idea that Peyronie's is only erect, or always involves scar tissue. Peyronie's is an inflammatory condition, that leads to or can lead to fibrosis and finally detectable scarring. I love the specialists, but I always have to acknowledge that they are mostly biased toward treating the symptom, and not the cause--I don't blame them for this at all either.

I guess it depends on what symptoms occur over time. I figure scar tissue doesn't come and go. If after a few years your erections look the same but you still have flaccid houglassing then it is likely pelvic floor related. Also, if it is affected by the cold or stress or going to the bathroom then it would seem to be pelvic floor dysfunction. Im not saying everyone has the same cause, im just saying it can be a pelvic floor related issue in some
