Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Caused by Intense Traction

Has anyone here believed they have hard flaccid from a tight pelvic floor due to intense traction? Thanks.

I did some hand traction yesterday and now today my pelvis floor is aching none stop, i dont think i pulled or stretched too hard at all when performing traction, really scared to get an erection incase i have a crazy bend, me penis already bends downwards when im about 80% erect (dont jo what its like at 100% ihavent seen it in a while)
