What is the average time frame for penile trauma recovery?

From what I've read penile trauma recovery rate is about a year if no peyronies complications interfere. Does anyone have a similar occurrence of penile trauma and experienced a certain time frame of recovery without Peyronies plaque complications and healed with minimal scar fibrosis instead of the result of Peyronies plaque. Thanks.
