I am experiencing significant benefit with chiropractic exercises. The way it has been explained to me is that the Internal Pudental artery, which branches into the Penile artery, can get impinged by tense/tight muscles. When I started doing exercises I was given to stabilize the Thoracolumbar Junction, which is apparently a common location for impingement, it immediately recreated the weird feeling I get in my penis when the Peyronies is active. The feeling went away over the course of an hour, and my penis felt a lot more elastic and blood supplied.

Thanks for the info- I've had back issues for years and have always thought it could have an impact on penile health. Will be doing more core exercises and stretching, see if it improves circulation.
