No difference whatsoever. Peyronie's is a condition or symptom, whether someone is prone to it or not, is another thing. The same can be said for elbow tendonitis, carpal tunnel, or heart disease, etc.

I've always wondered this. Can people not susceptible to peyronies injure their penis and not get peyronies.

I'm not an expert but I think it really depends, not all scar tissue develops to Peyronies Disease and how the body handles Peyronies Disease depends on a lot of variables, including where the plaque is located, genetics and underlying conditions, diet, exercise etc.

My doctor seeing says he has seen Peyronies Disease disappear almost completely in some patients without any kind of injection etc. while it has gotten progressively worse in others.
Early 30s, diagnosed with Peyronies in 2017 after trauma during sex. ca 15 degrees upward curvature. Restorex, VED, 5mg Cialis, Pentox, L-arginine, Coq10, Propolis, Vitamin E. Underwent 12 rounds of Verapamil injections 2021-22
