I remember reading an article years ago about it. Since my diagnosis of Peyronies Disease, I started to be concerned about my GF being on top, and thinking this could worsen my Peyronies Disease rapidly. But I'm actually thinking it is not that dangerous. Considering my curvature up, and the penis going slowly inside, and staying inside for the most part, my GF keeps contact with her clitoris with my skin, and from there she is move her hips back of forth for the most, and a bit in circle, sometime. Wouldn't  actually going in and out, and fast, like when a man is in top be the worse thing for Peyronies Disease?

Hello,

It would be my opinion that your gf on top is most risky for injury. Even if your gf goes at a slow pace the risk of your slipping out of her and her landing on your penis with her full body weight or with you penis bending because you have slipped out could cause damage. When you're on top you are going to be the one in control. Again this is just my opinion.

Obviously the risk for injury is higher if shes is on top and bouncing which can cause slipping out, but it seems like the question is about grinding with the clitoris rubbing on his skin
Also, it sounds like he trusts her to not bounce.

Does it really matter who is in control when you trust your partner to not bounce up and down , but grind on you instead?
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto, carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

thank you guys, I agree that if it slips out, which happened a couple of times in my life, that is quiet dangerous , otherwise I think it is quiet safe. We start with her on top, generally, because she come easily this way. I would add, if someone would use this position, to make sure both partners are on a stable surface, especially for here knees
