Hi all,

Just wanted to provide a short update on my 2 year mark of using the PMP. You can read my original 1 year post (which includes a 1.5 year update) here: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,12868

Starting stats - January 2019:
1/1/2019 - ~16 degree bend
Erect length: 13.5cm / 5.31in
Erect girth: 12.5cm / 4.92in

1 Year Progress - ~End of December 2019:
12/27/2019 - ~4 degree bend
Erect length: 14.6cm / 5.75in
Erect girth: 12.7cm / 5.00in

1.5 Year Progress - ~End of June 2020:
6/23/2020 - ~1-2 degree bend
Erect length: 14.8cm / 5.83in
Erect girth: 12.8cm / 5.03in

2 Year Progress - ~End of December 2020:
12/30/2020 - Straight, no bend anymore
Erect length 14.9cm / 5.86in
Erect girth: 12.8cm / 5.03in

Note: multiple measurements were taken and the above measurements were the median.

I've added a 2 year progress update above. You'll note that length/girth gains are very minimal at this point. I was actually able to reach about 1,000 hours with the PMP in 2020 due to the nature of my job -- being able to work from home during COVID. I target about 2 to 2.5 hours a day of traction these days, mostly to maintain my straight curvature.

If you have any questions about my journey or about the PMP, feel free to shoot me a DM and I'll be happy to answer.
Diagnosed with a mild case of peyronies at 35 y/o. Saw 16 degree -> 4 degree improvement with 750 hours of traction in 2019.

Do you stretch your flaccid penis to a longer length than it can possibly be when erect? Is it even possible?
Do you or did you experience any pain or discomfort?
If so, do you stop when that happens or keep going
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto, carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

-My stretched flaccid length is about ~0.5cm longer than my erect length, so to answer your question, yes.
-Some pain and discomfort in the first few months as I was getting used to the device/tension.
-Depends on the pain level. I think a little discomfort is OK, sort of like when you're stretching a hamstring. But I never stretch if it hurts.

Thanks for the answer.
Do you feel like you got your old penis back or do you still experience other symptoms of peyronies, like pain after an orgasm, or a general dull ache while flaccid/hard, or a feeling of hard, dense tissue where the curving used to be?
Any indication at all that you might reinjure yourself?
Are you considering yourself off the hook?
How long do you think you are going to have  to keep on doing traction for? And based on what are you going to decide that you no longer require traction to maintain?
Many questions i know  ::) congratz on fixing the curve man

  • I don't know if I'll ever be 100% back, but I'd say it's probably 95%. The last 5% is probably "mental" as I'm always afraid that I'll reinjure myself. Sometimes I'll get a dull ache after sex, but that might just be standard (pretty sure I got those before). No more dense tissue/curving, at least from what I can see or touch.
  • No indication that I might reinjure myself, but it's always in the back of my mind. So I'm more careful these days. I don't masturbate as frequently or have sex in riskier positions anymore. Less orgasms, but better and more intense ones now!
  • Nope, not off the hook. I feel like if you've ever gotten Peyronie's, you're more inclined to get it again compared to someone who's never gotten it.
  • I plan on still doing traction for the foreseeable future. I just like the way it feels after doing just one hour of traction. It's also really easy for me to set up everything since I now have over 1750 hours logged.

Vintage800, are you doing manual traction or device traction?
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

I read that you have used a space heater under your desk while doing traction, what were you wearing for the heat to be effective? Naked? boxers? pants?
And how did you prevent your legs from getting too hot? Did you sit with your legs spread to their limit?
How far was the heater from you penis approximately, and have you ever experienced negative effects from too much heat?

Was the space heater the type with the ventilation or the infrared thing without ventilation?
Do you know the name of the space heater, or maybe you could recommend even a better one for this specific purpose?
Thanks.

Yes, I use a space heater under my desk, which I think is critical for creating an ideal stretching environment for the penis. When I don't use it, I find my penis is very cold and doesn't stretch as much after my traction session is complete. I go completely naked on my lower half. It helps that my wife is completely supportive and finds it funny when I waddle around the house nude from the waist down. I don't do anything special with my legs except wrapping a belt or stretching band around my thighs to let the PMP rest on the belt/band. I will note that when I use the space heater, I use it for the first half of the session, and then I turn it off for the second half, to deal with the potential issues of too much heat (and yes, it can be a bit much if I use the heater for hours). So if I'm doing a stretching session for 75 minutes (my usual), I'll do 37.5 minutes with heat, then do the remaining 37.5 minutes without heat.

I can't find the space heater on Amazon anymore, but it looks similar to this (not sure if sales links are allowed, but it's the "AmazonBasics 1500W Oscillating Ceramic Heater with Adjustable Thermostat, Black" on Amazon): https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Oscillating-Ceramic-Adjustable-Thermostat/dp/B07V4FNHCD/ref=sxin_11_pb?cv_ct_cx=space+heater&dchild=1&keywords=space+heater&pd_rd_i=B07V4FNHCD&pd_rd_r=7e265ef0-1c0f-4e83-ac3f-9f342843f780&pd_rd_w=3xKEg&pd_rd_wg=Ztdk4&pf_rd_p=ffb450f7-bfad-4e7e-95e8-f2bd147e99a4&pf_rd_r=24762H4V4A9A5W1VVPMB&qid=1609595549&sr=1-4-8065ff8c-2587-4a7f-b8da-1df8b2563c11

Any small one that would fit under your desk would be sufficient. I don't think I've mentioned this before, but I also put a loose shirt around my neck and tuck the bottom under my keyboard so that the heat doesn't hit my face. I find it uncomfortable having heat hit my face for ~37 minutes, so this is how I get around it.

I've got about a 10degree till left right under the glands laterally left. Posted pics recently.. you think PMP could help? I couldn't handle the andropeyronie device while in acute phase with pain. I've been chronic now since late August
35 yrs old
Onset 05/01/20 diagnosed 05/14/20. Taking Pentox, trental, multivitamin, Zoloft & Tylenol
Traction was painful and made it worse
Lateral plaque by glands 20 degrees left/ narrowing
Lost about 2cm length

Great progress, should definitely post this in the improvement forum.. You have pretty much conqoured your peyronies and its very inspiring!!

To top it off you've even gained extra length and girth!

I'm starting restorex too, hopefully i will be in your position soon!
34 Years Old...Peyronies for 4 years. 20 Degree left and upwards curvature, major dents and narrowing, ED.

Good work! I have no doubt that PMP is effective, although I now prefer RestoreX combined with traction by hand.
A space heater is nice but I would prefer to keep my balls from heating up, which is why I have stuck with the rice sock for so long.
The only other option I have considered is far infrared heat, which would likely be better than the rice sock but also needs to be plugged in.

Asphyxia

It makes me wonder if it would be good to use traction+space heater through the hole in the loose boxers in order to prevent the balls from heating up

Does anyone have any information/experience on the min length for using a Restorex?  The company info says 3.75 inches min, but I saw a post by someone who was smaller and it sounded like you could make it work.  I cant re-find the post now. I'd like to try it but being not well endowed I don't want to but it if it just won't work.

Next odd question, is it a bad or good thing if you flex you muscles when erect and your penis feels like it's working against the constriction?  I feel like I have a ring around the base that is too tight -- it's really the thing that made me investigate the Peyronies Disease last week bc while not painful it is very distracting/not normal.

Thanks for the help.
62; probably 12 months in, but formally diagnosed Jan 2021; hourglass, some ED; not too much curvature; 5 mg Cialis so far; committed partner

Mr man

Hello Vitage,

I tend to overdo traction. Right now I do 5 hours daily. Am on the most mild tension setting.

Your post shows patience pays off in the end.
Knowing there is light at the end of the tunnel. Even if it takes 2 years. Gives me hope. You post is helpful.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

postrocker

mr man, you use pmp, right?
how long do your sessions last? 1h? 1h30?

and concerning tension, how many small parts can you see when using the rod extender? three? four?

thanks

Update of what? He doesn't have a bend anymore. Why should he post here again?  :D
My improvements are enough to be happy, too. I don't make much sense to me to post every week an update.

Well, maybe he decided to stop and things stopped progressing or worsened (hope not!)
We don't have many studies on long-term traction usage, so anything related to that is helpful :)
