Constant unwanted erections

Even after puberty and highschool ive always had uncontrollable erections. Since taking Cialis its way worse. Im dating a girl now, as i thought my pain was starting to subside. Evertime i see her i start to get erections. The past couple days i feel extreme blueballs and there is alot of inflammation. Should i stop Cialis? I feel the pain in my testicle and now in the plaque and also my abdomen. The pain has been persisting all day.

Honestly i dont know what to do. My erections are uncontrolable. Im having supper with her and i we kiss and she touches me they r coming and going. We just went for a walk its so painful now. I dont know what to do. Im in love with her and i havent told her yet about this disease and i feel alot of stuff going on down there, i. So worried but i dont want to let her go. She has no idea, we havent had sex yet, and now im in pain and im not sure if we should have sex... i know she wants to, and i dont want to let her down either.

Hey man,

Don't freak out, and don't overthink all that. I know what you feel, I've been there, and so did a lot of us.

First of all, about the cialis, the recommandations will differ, but personally I've came to a point where I can safely and surely answer you YES to stop taking tadalafil everyday if it worsens your pain. It's exactly the same for me, 3+ years in a never-ending acute phase. Now I take cialis only when I have to meet a girl the next day and feel a little (or a lot) insecure, but the rest of the time I let my dick rest as much as I can (which, for me, means less erections; which looks contrary to the "as many erections as possible to ensure blood flow" usual statement, but is definitely better for me).

And about how to deal with the pain, if not already done read the Peyronies Disease Survival Guide here, and also my last big post about what worked or not over 3+ years of experimentations (big part about pain with useful stuff for you to try).

Caseyjones01,

I read back through some of your posts and the picture you posted earlier this year.

Since you are getting solid erections then you seem to have good blood flow. I think for sure you could back off or even stop the Cialis. So this could be a first step.

Do you have pain with your erections?

From the picture you posted you had a question about your erection angle. You are in the normal range for your erection angle. I have data I can sure with you if interested. And your erection curve I am guessing is around 25-30 degrees which is also well within the range of being able to penetrate.

Have you actually been diagnosed with Peyronies? Your curve presents almost as if it is congenital.

Curcumin helped me with the pain, you could try it. Curcumin is well known to alleviate some sorts of pain related to inflammation.
You could try shockwave therapy too. It does nothing regarding deformity, but it's good for pain.

Symptoms started around September 2019. Peyronies Disease developed quickly. Pain was gone after a year. Curvature went to 70º+, but now is around 45º. Manual traction is the only thing that made an impact. No erectile dysfunction. I've curvature and hourglass.

    Do not think  about your penis. You have peyronie. SO ???
 Why you should talk about your peyronie with this girl. Your erection is good curve is normal. She will never ask you about your penis. Do not think. Just focus on your life

Ok so guys. Those are old pics, my penis has since shrunk from that point just over 0.5inches or so, and the curve has lessened. I told the woman about it and she was very cool with it actually. The pain was really bad though, it was more like ultra blue balls. I am actually thinking im having bouts of priapism. My penis during both times easily engorges and get much larger my testicles are larger too. It is clear there is swelling going on. It goes away but comes back as well. Last time this happened my plaques got larger and my penis shrank after this.

Yes ive been diagnosed with peyronies, by 3 uros. Those old pictures show my penis at an unusual engorged state. Since then it doesnt look at all like that, the curve has decreased as a result of size loss.

Basically, i woke up and it atrophied and became so small and i couldnt feel anything. If it indeed was priapism then i waited too long to treat it. Was like it vacuumed into my body.. i dont understand how this could happen.

They told me that if i did have priapism i cured it, and there should be no damage since it was not prolonged erection of 14 hours. She said its possible i have inflammation in the testicle and the atrophy was just my extreme nerves. But extremely strange, like it was so tiny i could not beleive and i couldnt feel anything except hard tissue and the plaques. I hate this disease so much its horrible.

Wow, man! I'm so relieved you're ok! I started the thread at the top, reading each one and my heart kept racing faster and faster as this whole things developed! I can't imagine what you've been going through the last couple of days. You're right - this is a terrible disease.
I've been on daily Cialis for about 2 months now, and I've noticed a lot of erections, both wanted and unwanted, which I guess is the purpose of the meds. But I've also noticed (and asked about here) a lot of increased semen production since taking it.  And I wonder if the increased erections are signaling our bodies that it's "go time" and the body is kicking into high semen production.  I feel that I'm needing to ejaculate way more frequently than before, and that is leading to a blueballs feeling for me, too.  Like even after I've cum the next day I'm already leaking precum or even having some semen released when I urinate.
So maybe you've been experiencing something similar?  Some of the pain is your body's way of signaling it's time to empty? I'm not suggesting masturbation necessarily, but if our bodies are producing excess semen, it's going to find its way out one way or another. 
Anyway - just some thoughts.
But I'm glad your story has a happen ending (so to speak).

Update. Im not sure if alot of this was my body adjusting to colchicine. I have been on this for the past 20 days and after the hospital incident, my penis has been fuller and also alot of inflammatory pain resolved. I still have some pain now and then but i am suppose to up the dose about now so maybe this will help get rid of it.
