Pain in chronic phase... why???

Hi guys

I have peyronies for almost 3 years and it started with an injury
The weird thing is i read only in the acute phase is pain and deviation and then the pain goes away. But i am having this pain ever since and the weird thing is, this one sided pain is usually AFTER errection. Anyone similar experience? during sex / masturbation its fine and soon after going flaccid the pain will come and stay for about 20 minutes to 1 hour. Anyone recommendations or similar experinces?
27y, injured at 21 y!

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

I still feel a bit sore/inflamed after sex and masturbation too.. I stopped seeing changes months ago. I imagine this will be a lingering thing for me too. Mine can be sore a day or two after sometimes

Onset 05/01/20 diagnosed 05/14/20. Taking Pentox, trental, multivitamin, Zoloft & Tylenol
Traction was painful and made it worse
Lateral plaque by glands 20 degrees left/ narrowing
Lost about 2cm length

It is same for me. After sex or masturbation I feel pain. I do not know actually why ?

My pain has settled down quite a bit, but I still get it after a hot shower or heat ( i have the opposite effect than most in that regard ) and maybe some after sustained erections.
45 Yrs old, Peyronies Disease Onset 11/2019, Stabilized 6/2020.

Dent/Hourglassing distal and dorsal side, lost length and girth.

Underwent Plication with Dr. Brian Christine in Birmingham, AL on 6/17/2021. Fully recovered with no complications.

I think*** this is normal. I have pain 1-2 days post sex or masturbation. The pain pretty much only happens if I have an erection. It's gotten better over time, but not much. It's like soreness from working out for me. I can't get as hard and it hurts. I've seen some people on this forum post that traction actually helps this pain. I don't understand why or the science, but that's what I've read. I wish I had the patience for traction for so many hours in the day, but I don't. I've also tried it 3 times and its just been so painful forr me.
