Asphyxia

i read  that donating blood lowers the blood viscosity, increases the output of stem cells, and has cardiovascular benifts, didnt look too much into it,
i wonder what the effect of that can do with peyronies,
and also if any negative effects can do more harm than good due to low iron or blood cell count or whatever, maybe we'r better off taking supplements to thin our blood and lower the viscosity? Or maybe do both? does anyone have an experience with this?
