Sometimes my penis looks and feels completely normal for like 1-2 minutes and then the curve comes back in 2 seconds and then it releases, penis goes back to being straight for a few seconds and then curving again.
Has this been your experience or is your curve always present and doesnt go back and forth?

I have watch Youtube videos of doctors saying that the more erect you are the more pronounced the curve is.  I think it has something to do with your blood flow.  I believe this is why the good Urologists give you drugs to get fully erect when they examine you via an ultrasound or before surgery to truly understand your curve.  I do not have a very pronounced curve, but I can attest to what I just said about erections and curves when it comes to me.

So maybe you are getting a weaker erection, even slightly unnoticeably weaker, but effects your curve?

Thats not it for me, it happens when semi erect or almost fully erect, i dont have a curve when fully erect, for now atleast.

When semi erect my penis can feel very flexiable, it can be straight for few seconds and then suddenly without any change in erection it feels like a muscle tightening on the side of my penis slowly and my penis starts to bend, it then slowly releases(if i stretch my penis that tightness releases too) for a few seconds and the cycle repeat.

The curve changes depending on the level of erection too but that is very obvious and its easy for me to see that both of these things are happening simutatiously

Im suspecting i have scarring on the opposite side aswell, i caught my penis bending to the other side aswell a few times
And im guessing they are pulling against each other perhaps, but if that was the case then both sides would be rigid and flexing, but instead my penis feels completely healthy and soft and flexiable untill it doesnt, im not sure what is happening.

Hey dude, I've been having penis pain since an injury on Nov 30th/Dec 1st of 2020 and for the first few months my penis would really curve when in a semi erect state but then as time went on it stopped semi erect curving as much and got better. It's always been straight when fully erect and it still is. I think we both have really mild peyronies that only sort of affected our semi erect state. Hopefully it continues to get better when we enter the chronic stage.

Yes it does seem to be a mild case, but i dont see how it correlates to the sharp fluctuation of the curvature, maybe its something that just happens with very mild cases with most symptoms in semi erect state, but i havent seen anyone mention anything similar though

When im fully erect my penis is slightly going towards the left side but without curvature and it happens consistently unlike semi-erect state

Ultimately, what matters is the shape of your penis when fully erect.

In other words, if your fully erect penis is straight enough and solid enough for sex, then your Peyronies Disease is not significant enough to cause you problems, and for this you can be grateful.

The way it becomes hard, with one corpora filling faster than the other, causing transient bending and straightening - while that may be signs of Peyronies Disease, it really isn't worth worrying about, since the end result is a good erection.

I as well have a more pronounced upward curve when in the semi erect. What's funny is I have less hour glassing semi erect more Upwrd curve. As I Fill out the upward curve gets less and my left curve gets more. It seems to change depending on the postion I lay in but my erect state is the same hour glassing near bottom, curves left, curved up. Still pain post sex or masturbation. Lasts for days if I over do.

The thing is i can't say that's much different from how it used to be because I don't really remember how it used to be. Maybe the way we inflate we are just noticing now because of other symptoms like pain. It's hard to say. I'm not saying it's in ur mind. But I'm saying I've become obsessed about things. And looking  back I have nothing to compare them too.

I dont get these symtoms when i become hard, its constant, even if my erection doesnt change, if im semi erect then 1 second it can be completly straight and soft(as the healthy side) then 5 seconds later its completly curved and rigid/firm/hardened, without change in erection whatsoever, and it keeps doing it over and over as if theres a string inside the side of my penis that keeps being pulled and released every 5 seconds

If it was just about one side filling faster than the other then wouldnt i be experiencing this only as im getting an erection?

Asphyxia, do you get the semi erect curving when your penis is returning to flaccid after being fully erect? Or does it curve as it's filling up with blood and getting erect? Both?

When I had semi erect curving, my penis would fill up normally and go flaccid as normal but if I prevented myself from getting a full erection while I was 50% erect then after a few seconds of being straight my penis would lean a bit to the left as it would return to a flaccid state. It's so specific and it's possible I've had that feature my entire life but since my injury I'm paranoid of every little thing I notice about my penis.

I cant answer that question really because as i have mentioned it is constantly happening even without a change in erection,

One time i can get an erection(50-90%) while its curving, the other time i get an erection its straight, then few seconds later it will curve,
And from there on it will just go back and forth, tightening and releasing.

Sometimes im semi erect for few minutes randomly and it will keep doing that during that time.

So it'll bend then straighten out periodically for no reason? That sounds more like an issue with your pelvic floor messing with your penis than peyronies. I would imagine if there was scar tissue you would have more consistent symptoms, I can't see how the scar tissue would suddenly appear then disappear especially after more than a year of this going on.

For the gents that have curves that come and go. May I ask if:

* Do you have a lump or bump during your flaccid state?
* Do you take Pentoxifylline? If you do, and you stop for a day, do the bumps get smaller?
* Does your diet and supplements intake affect how big the bump and the curve get?

I am asking because I had this one erection that was completely (well, almost completely) or very straight. but it was a small and tight erection. This only happened once.

it leads me to question if my injury is actually on the tunica like a typical Peyronies Disease or if it's something else altogether or the combination of both.

It cant only be a pelvic floor problem because this was caused by trauma to the penis, maybe a combination

I dont have a lump, pentox didnt do anything so i stopped.

Same here .. semi erect and flaccid sometimes the curvature is different. I kegel once and its straight.

When erect it is like curved. This was all before the trauma I recently had.

Its not happening only when my penis becomes hard, its happening constantly, if this was the result of one side of my penis receiving less blood or filling more slowly then wouldnt that side be soft(as in less erect or rigid and firm)? But instead its like a cord that is is really tight and rigid and i can feel it pulling, like a  muscle that cramps and then releases constantly.

About 3cm/1inch from the base all the way up to the glans

Sometimes i look at my penis literally going from about 60 degrees to almost 0 degrees in like 5 seconds and then its right back to 60, again in few seconds
Without any change in erection

I dont kegel or anything, its happening on its own and kegel/reverse kegel has no effect on it whatsoever

So it'll bend then straighten out periodically for no reason? That sounds more like an issue with your pelvic floor messing with your penis than peyronies.

So i just searched hard flaccid symptoms on reddit and some people say that the pelvic floor muscles cause a muscle contracture, but can it be unilateral? They also mention blood flow problems on one side causing a curve but im not sure if a unilateral contracture is a thing too , and i definitely feel a pulling cramp sensation  in my penis.

Also in cases of a pelvic floor issue it seems common to have many other main symptoms.
And i dont know if pelvic floor problem can be caused from trauma to the penis from penis exercises, i mean it sounds kind of weird to think id get hyper contracted pelvic floor muscles from penile trauma caused by jelqing doesnt it? Id think people would get it from kegels and edging and such

Also i read that its much less common to have penile pain in the same spot with a pelvic floor problem, so how would i know if i fell into this category of presenting uncommon symptoms
This also begs the question: might it be something like a ligament injury?

The results from the MRI show nothing wrong, but if something is clearly wrong do i just assume that the radiologist missed it?

If the MRI was clear I would assume that nothing was found. I had pelvic floor problems way before peyronies started. It was from a fall onto a steel beam between my legs - ouch. It broke my tailbone and took about a year to get things back to somewhat normal with physical therapy.

Well it doesnt seem like a pelvic floor problem would be initiated from trauma to the penis, atleast it wouldnt be presented as the main issue but the secondary, and another thing is that i actually feel pain in my penis where the curve is so..

The urologist who sent me to do an MRI specified that it should be done with an erection, but he never explained to me the procedure or how im supposed to get the injection
So i went there but there wasnt anyone to provide the injection.
I shouldve asked before i got there, but anyway i suspect the MRI missed somthing,
it makes no sense to feel pain and that there would be nothing

Now its going to be another struggle of finding a urologist who would send me for imaging again
