Recently diagnosed looking for someone with similar symptoms to push us through

I am 38 and in the US recently diagnosed. It's been very very depressing but hoping to fight through this would love to find someone else to bounce off ideas and fight through some together.

I am active , into sports , work a regular 9-5 . My curve is minimal slightly downward. Painful erections and currently bad ED.

Feel free to reach out looking to gather as much info as I can as I've noticed most urologists don't have much.
