Hey guys,

I am 38 and recently diagnosed with Peyronies. I am sure just like many of you the depression is really getting to you. However I have two kids and have to be there for them so I need to fight this as much as I can to make the situation hopefully managageable. Does anyone have any good urologist recommendations in Arizona? I've obviously met with one but haven't been impressed with his Peyronies knowledge etc.

Also if anyone has any nutritional recommendations I'm all ears. Fix this or die trying is my attitude at this point.

Welcome to the forum.  I hope you find the information and support you are looking for.
The most important thing you can do to start is to read this guide more than once.  Read it slowly and study it then ask questions.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

It would also help you immensely if you would fill out the signature line like the one that appears below my post. https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html

You can always consult with the best in the world such as Dr. Levine. You might not get lucky finding a local one. You can gauge your urologist by what the recommend. If they say just watch and wait and take some vitamin-e - they're morons.

If they recommend traction, pentox, and cialis you got a good one.

Beside getting a script for pentox and cialis you have to take your therapy and fight this with your own hands - literally.

Buy a vacuum based traction device and wear it 6-8hrs per day.
Buy a vacuum erection device and use it 20min per day.
Research the "alternative treatments" section of this board and order the ingredients to make DMSO. Focus on anti-inflammatory mixes if you're still in the hyper-acute phase. I personally recommend DMSO + PABA to start.

For nutrition, in hyper-acute phase low-carb diet is good. Google anti-inflammation diet.
Take coq-10 and vitamin-e. 3k l-citruline per day. 400mg pentox 3x/day, 5mg Cialis / day.

The outcome of this disease is in your hands, not your doctor's.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X
