Hello people,

before writing my short story i wanted to thank each and everyone of you for sharing stories and giving people hope getting pass this disease because it can mentally break down a man, so God bless you all around here.
Now im 28 years old, i kind of injured myself by doing jelqing in the base of my penis leftside. That caused pain for a month give or take. From the moment i started jelqing i immediately noticed
an indentation when my penis was flaccid it didnt just developed slowly. Semi-erect is the dent more visible because it seems to struggle getting filled up like it used too. In the erect state the dent is less visible but its still there. Went in 2 different uros did ultrasound checking twice but none of them found something disturbing as they say . I explained them about the dent how
its struggling to get filled up and both of their recommendation was to consume natural Vitamin E 400iu/twice a day and through time it will heal. All that happened before a month.
Nowadays my pain is greatly reduced so the inflammation is lowered but the dent remains. Its not hurting either when i touch my penis in the area although i have to be
gentle when i masturbate or have sex, otherwise it gets aggrevated and starts hurting again and forces me to take Ibuprofen.
My question now is : Can somehow by any means the tunica come back to how it was by time ? Is the vitamin E alone going to help it ? What other things can i do ?

Congenital curve - nothing too bad. Recent mild injury from jelqing. Figuring it out.

Welcome to the forum Theo,

Vitamin E cannot hurt, but it is not likely to help much, especially on its own.  If you are going to take it, take one with MIXED Tocopheryls.

The best thing I can do at this point is to give you a couple of homework assignments.

1. Pour over this.  Read it more than once.  It is our survival guide and gives you enough basic information to continue the discussion. https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

2. Fill out your signature line, such as the one that shows under my post. Read at least the first post on this topic https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html

Talk to you soon.

Hello Hawk,

Appreciate your feedback.
Actually i've found out about this website many years ago. Since i was born with congenital curve as a youngster i
searched all around the internet if its possible to have a bent penis since ever. I've read about the survival guide and once again i have to say thank you about this effort you've made by creating and maintaining the site its more than helpfull especially mentally. About my issue now, i was wondering if the tunica heals generally and returns to its normal state since according to the docs i havent damaged it so much. I mean why shouldnt it be right ? Its not like i injured it heavily and the jelqing i did was while flaccid and didnt apply so much pressure...

Vitamin-E ain't gonna do anything, certainly not by itself. I'd run away from a urologist that recommends that.
The *first* thing you want to do is get on traction. Right away. Order a traction device like the RestoreX or the Penimaster Pro.
Also get started on using a vacuum erection device right away as well.

As for medication and supplements:
Coq-10
Vitamin-E
Cialis 5mg daily
400mg Pentoxyfilline 3x a day
L-Citruline 3kmg / day

Once you get traction, ved, and meds going look into DMSO: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,12587.0.html

The sooner you get into these, the better.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

Theo30,

Your dent may kind of 'work itself out' over time.  I did have a dent on the left side of my shaft about 10 years ago from doing PE with Bib Hanger.  I think I had torn some of tissue in my penis when I did this.  I DO NOT recommend what I did to anyone, it was very foolish.  I was hanging about 20-30 pounds off my dick for 20 minutes at a time.  I had a very noticeable dent when soft but erect it didn't show.  It was painful for awhile (4-6 months) and would give me sharp pains off and on (pain that would be very sharp for like split second but then gone).  Over time it's seemed to go away.  I simply don't notice it at all and it's not an issue when I'm erect for sure.

Now what I'm currently dealing with is quite a bit different.  I wonder if what I'm dealing with now on the right side of my shaft will go away in time too.  I have a feeling this time it won't.  As it's quite a bit more severe.  The injury on my left side never showed up erect as far as being able to see it, it was only when I was soft.  The injuries on my right side now are somewhat visable soft, but very visable erect.  Check my PM to you and I'll direct you to one of the other 2 sites where I have pics posted if you want to see what I'm dealing with.

slow manual traction will help your situation. Look up for NeoV youtube channel. He will guide you in a better way.
Replace this text with critical info about your case
