Yes a VED will help with a penile implant outcome, it did mine.  The exercise I used is posted in the VED thread as the Single Cylinder Exercise. My History is also posted in the History thread.

With the proper implant and a skilled Male Sexual Function Specialist like Dr. Milam at Vanderbilt you should not loose any size with further revisions, when needed.
