Your only additional options that I know are:

1. Add a 1 -2 grams of L-Arginine but be cautious because like a PDE-5 inhibitor it can lower your blood pressure.

2. Use a cock ring but be careful not to damage your penis

3. try to add a 1/2 of a 50 mg Trazadone (prescription drug but most doctors will prescribe it for sleep.  It causes NTE's when you sleep but usually does not do a lot for waking erections.

4. Use a VED with a ring or band for sex

5. Get an implant

6.  I omitted penile injections
