How many of you improve the narrowing using the VED

I barely have a curve, my problem is the narrowing on the left side of my 3/4 of the shaft. Can the VED help? Did anyone got better with the VED?

My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My Erectile Dysfunction is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

What was your protocol?, how much time did you use it a day?, how much % of erection did you try to achieve, 50% 60% 100%,? Did you hold the erection inside the tube, if you  did, for how long?. I'm following the protocol from this side. Thank you for your time, I don't want to seem obssesive, I'm just trying to get better

I would like to know as well. New here. Have about 2-3mm indent on left side.
No pain or bend. Slight curve to the left as well. What devices and regime do you recommend?

Symptoms since mid-2018. no improvement or worsening
Prominent Left + Upwards curve when half-erect
Fully erect - approx 20-25 degree curve.
No noticeable plaque. Waiting on Ultrasound results.
Mild Erectile Dysfunction..

Been using the VED for a few months now. Resolved my soft glans problem within 2 months which is nice. Narrowing has not yet been resolved, although less noticable when having an erection than when flaccid or half erect.

The protocol I use is as follows:

Warm up my pumping a little bit and releasing pressure.

1. Pump to about 90% erection, hold for 2 minutes then release. This is to warm up further.
2. pump to 100% erection, hold for 2 minutes then release. I repeat this second step 2-4 times.

I did this twice daily since August. It is the only evidence backed protocol as far as I am concerned which is why urologists recommend it. If you have another protocol (like the one by old man) that works for you then please stick with it!

If you notice some bloodspots on your penis then give it some rest and do less repetitions. If you are doing fine then you can do 4.

07-03-2020: noticed 45 degree bend upwards
01-07-2020: Bend mostly gone. pain when flaccid, soft glans.
01-04-2021: soft glans mostly gone. Indents forming

Helloz VED helped me. I did it for 6 months. Then did traction. It took about a year to start seeing results.

Daily Traction for 5-6 hours. Tension is set to 600g.
Pentox 600mg twice daily. Improvements are showing with this routine. Still have a 15-20 degree upward bend.
