My condition is deteriorating, is been 14 months of constant anxiety. I tried for 8 months the traction device, Pentofixiline, Vitamin E, daily Cialis, Q10. Is a lost battle, I have to accept that my penis is done, there are things in life besides sex, I can't be miserable all the time. What I don't understand is why there is not cure for it, the know about this condition for over 200 year ans nobody knows what to do besides invasive surgeries with few positive results

Sorry to hear you have given up.  Had I done the same I would be sitting here with a 50 degree bend or worse, a shrinking penis, and no sex.  I did not give up, and fought tooth and nail until it was fixed.  You may not want surgery, that is your right and it ultimately is your body.  Just hate to hear guys not even trying, even if it does mean surgery.  I wish you well

I don't have health insurance to get properly diagnosed, I went to an "expert" who charged me $450 to check my blood flow, he said that I don't have a plaqu, well, I think I have corporal fracture, but I need an ultrasound test.I don't even know what I have, what I know is that I'm loosing girth and my penis is getting less rigid. I tried everything and  I'm getting worse. Thank you for taking your time to respond

I work two jobs that don't provide benefits, I'm 45. I'm saving to go to Barcelona, Spain(my home town) to get diagnose, is cheaper there.

Well, I'm in the same boat as you. There's no regimen that can straight my penis as it was before this disease. The last resort is surgery. It's a scary thing, but there's no way out unless you accept living with a curvature.
It's difficult to grasp that my penis is gonna be degloved and incised. And there's a not-so-low probability that I'm gonna need an implant, besides that. 27yo with that. Well, what can I do?

Don't give up. There are things you can do. Scary things, but once you're done, you beat this crap.

What I will never do is surgery, I prefer to wait until they find the cure. Plus, I still can have erections. The combination of supplements: daily Cialis, Q10, L-argenine, Vitamin C, B and D. The use of VED 10 min a day, manual traction for 30 min a day and some heat with a rice sock 5 to 10 min a day is helping me. I do not trust "Urologists" at all, the care less about you, the want to cut your penis in half and make your situation usually worse just to make their money, stay away from them

I would have to disagree with you bud.  Even the urologist that messed up my Xiaflex injections would personally call me to see how I was doing.  My current andrologist, Dr Yafi, checks in as well to see how I am doing.  If you go to the right person, it is not always about money.  I wish all of you had insurance, got the care you deserve, and defeat this crap.  I also was totally against surgery 3 years ago, but having had two surgeries with Dr Yafi, I would do it again in a heartbeat.  The gory YouTube videos etc look scary, but so would open heart surgery!  Would you put that off if you needed it?  I understand a penis is not a heart.  You can have it lopped off and still live, but quality of life is important to me

Also, I see your daily regimen is quite a lot of popping vitamins, pump use etc...for me?  Post implant it's simply a daily pump up for 30 min and that's it.  I actually don't even have to do that, but I am seeing if it stretches me out any more.  Otherwise I don't have do anything.  Simply take 20-30 seconds when my wife is in the mood to pump up and I'm good to go

I don't have a curvature, I just have a slightly dent in the 3/4 on the left side of my shaft and some narrowing and hinge when my penis is semi-erect. I read that a lot of guys that get an implant need a revision, lose inches or it doesn't work, can't take that risk. I had two terrible experiences with "Doctors". The Urologist that did my vasectomy 8 years ago caused me to have two variccoceles on my testicles by trauma, my erections got worse of the result, still could have erections but not as strong. Second time, was the Trimix injection at the "Doctor" office, aftet that injection I was hard for over 3 hours with terrible pain, 2 later got my deviation on my shaft, I can't trust "doctors" who constantly hide the truth, who don't report side effects and keep destroying men's lifes, because they cover the truth in order to keep making profit. Yes, some guys don't get any problems but others do and say nothing!!!!. I'm been looking pictures of penis implants and the results are less than ok, short penises, floppy glands, downward erections, malfunctioning, infections and so on.....

That is truly horrible.  I wish I could walk you into Dr Yafi's office myself and say fix this guy.  Unfortunately I can't do that.  I wish I could give you my insurance as well.  I can't.  I fought for where I am at.  I fought my insurance.  I demanded more from previous urologists.  Again, I truly wish you luck and hope you come to some sort of conclusion.  We only live one life (unles reincarnated) and only have one body.  Fight for it.

My erections are pretty good. I have morning crooked woods as well.
I do hand tractions every day and VED after a hand traction session.

I started to see the benefits after implementing hand tractions. I didn't see results just by doing VED, and I did it for 2 months straight 2x daily.

Are you the youngest forum member with an implant?
You know that the chances of infections increase after each revision, right? I don't know why this happens, but there is a small study showing this.

To each his own.  Good luck to you.  I choose to live in the present and have satisfactory sex.  Tomorrow is never promised, and if I do get an infection with a possible revision I will deal with it at that time.  Meanwhile, I'm back to trying to get my wife satisfied, as well as myself, as much as I can.

TDix, if you don't mind asking, did you lose lenght or girth?, do you have a hard time deflating the erection?, do you have the same sensation?, does your "head" engorge when you have an erection?.

No I have 6.5" length and 5" girth.  It only takes 5-10 seconds to deflate my erection.  My glans engorges even when not inflated if aroused.  As a matter of fact, I have a semi erection with no inflation when aroused.  I wake up every morning with a semi, engorged like a nocturnal erection.  I needed the implant for rigidity.

TDix is sounds too good to be true, because in all the articles that I read said that you lose lenght, and that the "head" of the penis doesn't engorged, how come for just you does it?

If your head engorges before implant it will engorge post implant.  The blood supply is different.  Don't know what articles you are reading, but my issue was not ED, rather a lack of rigidity post excision/grafting.  I don't believe this is just me, but believe what you like.  I can show you pictures of how I am post implant if you wish to verify it for you.  I have had a rough journey, not related to ED, but effects of Xiaflex and peyronie's.  I am not blowing smoke, just passing on my experience.  Unless you have the exact same issue as me and go the same route with the same doctor (s) I cant guarantee the same experience

If you didn't have ED, why did you get Xiaflex?. And why did you get the worst surgery there is like Grafting?. I'm glad that you got an amazing implant, I never read or hear such a positive review of an implant

I had growing scar tissue and initially a 30 degree curve, hence the Xiaflex.  Grafting was done because it grew to a 50 degree bend and calcified.  Both my doctor and I agreed to take it out

It depends on the day... last week I was doing 15 minutes every day. Hand traction + VED. It's not much, I confess.

Also, I do some hand tractions throughout the day. After peeing, while I watch a football match...

You're right. I'm gonna give myself more time to heal. 2021 is gonna be a crucial year. Or I improve doing my regimen, or the time to face surgery will come.
