Small hard lump on shaft that I can pinch and move away from my penis

Hi there,

this forum seems to know a lot about this disease. I am undiagnosed but found a lump on my penis (also have dupuytrens).

I have seen posts on here stating it started with a small hard lump.

I can separate this lump from my shaft by pinching it and it feels like a tiny BB, does this sound like the start of Peyriones or would the lump be attached and immovable from the penis by pinching.
