Pentox and Cialis causing Orthostatic Hypotension?

I've been on Pentox 400mg 3 times a day and Cialis 5mg once a day for several years, and when I wake up I usually have to sit up for like 30 secs before standing or else I get light headed, sometimes to the point of having to hold onto the wall. This usually only happens when I wake up, but also sometimes if I get up quickly from lying down. For some really F^@$!ng stupid reason, I never thought anything of it and didn't bother getting it checked out, until I did some googling and came across two conditions: 1) Orthostatic (postural) hypotension, and 2) Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). The former can be caused by meds, but I haven't read of Pentox or Cialis (the doses I'm taking) being enough to cause this kind of hypotension.

When I further googled, I found several peer reviewed journal articles indicating a connection between Orthostatic Hypotension and dementia and cognitive decline for people who suffer with the hypotension for years, and now I'm starting to get worried. Is it possible the Pentox and Cialis could've induced this hypotension over these past three years while I was ignoring it? Has anyone heard of this or experienced it? I don't want to get off the meds as they've helped me but I will obviously stop them if they've been causing these blood pressure issues.

Hi,

For how long are you taking pentox+cialis? And did they give you any improvements in Peyronies Disease?
Perhaps you could quit using them or trying a lower dose for some weeks/months and evaluate.
