Mr man

Hello guys
I was using andropeyronie device. The peyronie is the name sold it to me. After 6 weeks. There was a little success. But the noose stopped circulation. My penis resembled a shrivelled up carrot. Not good. After a few days rest from traction. Penis recovered, but fearing permanent damage.  I could not bring myself to reuse andropeyronie. Time for a new device.

Tried restorex. It was ok. Penis definitely bacame healthier overall. Bigger erections, but there was no change on curvature. Furthermore, it's biggest selling point was it's counterbend function. Which would not line up to my penis bend. Decided to try another. PMP was an obvious choice. Then I stumbled on an outsider totalman.

There devices use a suction cup. So circulation cut off was not a problem. But most advantageous was the price. Offering 3 devices in one, and still cheaper then all the other peyronie's devices. Having spent hendreads. I opted for the cheaper totalman device. So far, it's not disappointed. Have had to make a few minor modifications. Cut the rods to size so they fit in my pants. Been wearing it comfortably for 8 hours. There's no screw on rods. Traction pressure is adjusted by hand turning nuts. Can be done while keeping trousers on.

Now I just have to decide how much traction is best.

Has anyone else tried totalman. Who can offer any tips?
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

Yeah i use the totalman rod extender. I love it. I use it every day. I bought the all in one kit but pretty much only use the rod extender, along with the leg strap.

Very nice set of devices, specially for the price. The only downside is that with the rod extender you don't have a way to gauge the tension. I also use the pulley system on my desk with light weights to avoid having that ring on my pelvis all the time. That's also easier to gauge the tension.

I like the RestoreX also, but it gets painful and i don't like how it smashes my head.

My two favorite devices are the totalman rod extender and the CTC DP-4000 automatic pump. RestoreX comes third, just because it delivered results.

Hello Luis,
Have been using the rod extender also. Have been playing around with it for about 10 days. May have found the solution to setting fixed tension? Add another nut to each rod. In the section between the 'adjuster nut' and the white ring. The 'new nut' can be turned anti clockwise moving upwards  tightly against the adjuster nut. Locking it into place. With the ability to lock it's tension setting you can wear it for hours then adjust it accordingly. Stronger or weaker;
to a tension that helps see positive results.

You will have to dismantle the device to do this. My intension was to make modifications allowing it to be worn all day. (I drive for a living).

Start by cutting the rod to the correct size. Do this by wearing the device at a comfortable level. I definitely recommend pushing through your scrotum and testicles through the white ring. (As Mike demonstrates in his video).  Take a seat. Make a mark on the rod. About 1.7 inch above the 'white plastic bridge' at the end of the rod, but below where it meets your knee. You don't want the rod to be scraping your knee while wearing it all day.

Remove the device. and cut the rod at the mark. Cut the other rod at equal length with the first rod. Now the 'cap nuts' and part of the rod are gone. You can remove the 'white plast bridge'. Then remove the 'adjuster nut'. By unscrewing it out. Screw in the ' new nut' then assemble in reverse order dismantled.

Cap the rods by taping the ends with electric insulation tape. Making a smooth surface. Allowing rubbing to the skin.

Wear long underwear. That holds it nicely in place close to the leg. Under loose trousers. I wear it comfortably for 6-7 hours. On a low tension.. The adjuster nut stays in place. The advantages over the 'all day Stretcher' is the tension is stable. It doesn't adjust as your walking around. Therefore preventing irritation to penis.

I began seeing positive results in just 3 days! Harder erections. Penis is streghtening out. The only problem is it's so comfortable. It's easy to wear for too long. 7 hours is my max. 8 is too long.

If your are interested in making the rod and all day wearing device. Pvt me. I can email you pics. Showing the end result.

Now my penile lump on the bend is beginning to hurt. With these positive results. I need to ask myself if it's part of the game or should i reduce traction hours? But that's for another post.

MrMan,

Hmm sounds interesting. I was trying to know how to gauge how many pounds of tension are being applied. This is an interesting idea.
I work from home and have a private office so for me wearing it most of the day as-is is not an issue.

For tension measurement i had an idea of using a digital scale between the hook on the vacuum cap and the anchoring hook on the device: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MTFXSJW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

But i couldn't find a scale small enough to work. Hopefully your idea on how to make it an all day device can help somebody.

7 hours per day sounds perfect, glad you're seeing results!

Best.

I bought totalman all day stretcher this month and I think it's trash. It has very weak suction, I don't like it. I'm now using just phallosan forte with counterbending only. I just tested my erection today after doing no fap for a month and my penis is now less than 30 degrees bend to the left and erection is good. I can now have sex without any problems. Last summer I had 90 degrees bend. Before I was doing VED twice a day and using phallosan forte plus rod system only for traction. After realizing how amazing just doing counterbending with phallosan is, I stopped doing VED and aöö other traction methods and now I just do phallosan counterbending as many hours I can every day. I'm quite sure that by the next summer I have almost straight dick and I can kiss this peyronie's thing goodbye once and for all.

That's weird, one thing i can't complain about is the lack of suction. I've even hung 6lbs with it. But now i have an lghanger that i use for "heavy" hanging. Were you pushing your glans all the way in and using a cap that wasn't too oversized? I never owned a PF but i can't imagine the suction being any better. The PF is probably better, it does seem more convenient to put on. With the totalman you gotta tape up everytime which is kind of annoying.

I bought every cup size from total man and tried it with two that fits the best for me and no matter what I did, I couldn't get a good hold with it. I can use phallosan with protection cap or with no protection and I get good suction every single time that lasts as long as I want.

I bought totalman because I was planning to use it at night during sleep, but now that I see how fast phallosan works when you pull only to the opposite direction of your curve, I don't feel the need to do anything else than phallosan.

BTW, you can use totalman's leg strap with phallosan and that way you see how many kg's pull you get. It works beautifully, I just don't feel I need to waste my time doing anything else than counter bending so I don't bother using the leg strap.

Mr Man, what was your impression on PMP?
I am more and more inclined to buy this one as I cannot get Restorex in Europe.
37yo
Congenital curvature plus injury during sex - dec.2019
Curve to the left increase plus pain ~35degrees - nov.2020
Pentox (400mgx3) + Cialis (2.5mg/day) + supplements - dec.2020
Traction - jan.2021 onwards (curve now ~22/25degrees)

What is the deal with Total Man tho? Will it aid someone with a dorsal curve?
Can you do counterbending? It seems to be that Total Man is to get a bigger dick and is not meant at all for Peyronies?
It's also very weird looking? Would you guys, who have used it, say that it's easy to get it going once you've gotten it? Or does it take a lot of time to understand?
I mean, how exactly does the Total Man All Day Stretcher work?
Do you put weights on the end of your penis, or what? I don't get it, honestly.
Anyone care to explain?
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

Vacuum traction is vacuum traction. There's also compression traction, which includes Restorex.

Vacuum traction includes Penimaster Pro, Phallosan Forte, and Totalman Vacuum System.

It does not matter if a system is 'designed' for Peyronie's. With the exception of Restorex, which allows one to do counterbending for dorsal and ventral curves.

However, you can place a rod (e.g. a stick, pen, whatever) between the rods to create counter traction. Furthermore if you have a side curve you can use the belt system on your leg or waist and do traction against the curve like that.

Yes the totalman will absolutely aid in fixing a dorsal curve. You just gotta set the tension by feel as opposed to say a PMP where you know how much tension you're applying.

You mainly want to use the rod extension system and the belt system. You can buy the totalman all in one kit but you do not have to use the weight hanging clamp. I personally do not use clamp hanging.

With the totalman vacuum cup you can attach penis to it, but that's optional and you do not have to do it. You can just use the rod extender and belt.

Best.

Thank you for the answer, Luis. I'm just not very experienced in that area, and it seems risky.
But I guess as long as you do it right and with light weights, you should be all right!
Have you used it?
What's your benefits from using it so far?
Feels like all the other treatments are trash if not used alongside traction or VED.
Especially traction when it comes to reducing curvature.

Godisreal,

Yeah weight hanging is very risky. The way i think about is that the RestoreX can apply a maximum of 6lbs of tension. So, I have not yet gone over hanging 6lbs.

I have uploaded some pictures of me "hanging": https://imgur.com/a/QxN7Ysy

At first i mainly used it as a supplement for RestoreX. I would do RestoreX 30-60min and then many hours with rod extender while applying heat. I then installed the totalman pulley system on my desk. Mainly because the rod extender base can get uncomfortable and you can't gauge exactly how much tension you're applying.

I also tried clamp hanging a couple of times but did not like it because it seemed counter intuitive to compress my dents. Now I have an lghanger, which you can see on the pics. I plan on going up to 9-10lbs hanging over a long period of time with it. Right now i'm sticking with 6lbs.

I also installed a roof pulley system so i can do traction while laying down without the rod extender. Always trying to apply heat. You have to master taping to avoid blisters. I've gotten blisters a couple of times at the beginning which is annoying.

Yes i agree, all other treatments are trash without traction and/or VED.

CAD,

No, this device can be used by both circumcised and uncircumcised. In fact being circumcised would probably make it easier to use due to taping.

My impression from attempting to purchase equipment from Totalman is they aren't interested in promoting quality equipment, only in making a buck.

They sell "The Ultimate Package", implying the useable system but omit essential parts to even make it useable. You'll need to purchase even more parts to make it useable.

Don't bother, you'll have to watch hours of videos of "Mike" playing with himself to even figure out how to use this convoluted system. It is a scam.
