HeyThereYou

Why can't i get an erection lying down? like it's not common but the strongest position for me is standing up or sitting down leaning forward. When i'm on my back laying down erection is TERRIBLE!

I also wake up throughout the night and if i'm laying on my side i will get nocturnal erection but i've never woken up laying on my back with an erection, this shows that it's a little deeper than just mental as it's even a problem nocturnally.
I have been diagnosed with a mild form of peyronies, a thickening at the base,

i have a ton of weird penis symptoms which could be a mixture of peyronies and actually a messed up pelvic floor from years of clenching/kegeling while masturbating. I am working on my pelvic floor by doing lots of different yoga stretches, reverse kegels, hindi squats etc daily.

I have weird pressure feeling pain upon getting an erection, most of this all started about 6 years ago..

Cant see how it's related to peyronies though.

Anyone else have struggles with erection while laying down and have found a remedy?

I have the same symptoms, I get nocturnal erections on sides and I think this is normal for most men. I have never come across a normal guy with a straight up erection while sleeping. I guess it takes more force as blood has to go against gravity.

I have the exact opposite problem, caused by pelvic floor clenching as well. My best position is also on my side. Stretches have not helped but supposedly strengthening the IC muscle can
