Worse than Useless: can Vitamin E be dangerous?

I've been taking 400 iu of Vitamin E (Solgar brand) for several years, along with Pentoxifylline 400 mg 3x/day and Cialis 5 mg 1x/day. I only recently found out that Vitamin E has no evidence to support its efficacy in treating Peyronie's Disease. Moreover, I also found out that supplements of 400 iu and higher can increase the risk of bleeding (by reducing the blood's ability to form clots after a cut or injury) and of serious bleeding in the brain (known as hemorrhagic stroke), especially when combined with an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication. I'm not sure if Pentox is in the same category as warfarin or aspirin, but I'm wondering if it can combine with Vitamin E to increase risk of serious bleeding, perhaps even the risk of a brain bleed like a hemorrhagic stroke.

Once I found out about this, I weaned myself off the Vitamin E, but I'm wondering if the past 3 years of taking it along with Pentox and Cialis, not to mention my daily few grams of fresh garlic and ginger (both of which are potentially dangerous to take with any substance like Pentox, Vitamin E, warfarin, due to an increase risk of bleeding and hemorrhagic stroke) have permanently increased my risk of these medical emergencies happening. I'm 31 years old and otherwise healthy, but knowing my body has been storing loads of this fat soluble substance for over three years has really scared the hell out of me.

So, do you think this combination over three years could've caused any kind of damage or permanently increased my risk of these dangerous bleeds like hemorrhagic stroke happening, even now that I've weaned off the Vitamin E? Any informed input would be greatly appreciated.
