I'm trying to find a suitable cushion/wrap etc... for the base of my PMP to prevent pain buildup where the device
sits on my pubic bone area. I tried a 3M cushion tape and a sock - helps a little but not enough. Any suggestions from other traction users?

I've been getting pain like this in my balls too only after a couple days of use. I'd love to know how to get rid of it, have you found anything that's helped you yet or still searching?

I first tried using an old sock which helped a little. I then found some 1/2 inch weatherstripping used around windows and doors. I put some on the inside top ridge and this helps a lot. I usually wear it with the rod system pointed up. My pain is around the base towards the 2 o'clock and 11 o'clock position. I usually remove it after 2 to 3 hours for a quick break then put it back on. I log in about 6 to 8 hours a day.

Hey guys,

Just rub your balls and penis base with a little castor oil before using it :-). For me it worked perfectly during all the time (1+ years) I was using the PMP !

Good I'll keep that in mind. Is the weatherstripping comfortable? I've just discovered using cotton wool rolled up almost like a rug works too. I've put this in between the top of my scotum (where the pain was originating) and the bottom on the device. This has been working well so far, only a couple days of using this method at a lower pulling force. Worried this might not be as effective as I start to up the length and pulling force.

Whatever works for you is great - I never thought of using something like that.  I learned quickly that anything I put in as a cushion lengthens the device and I have to take off some of the traction. Short breaks help me every 2 or 3 hours.
