Hard chord running under glans between spongiosum and cavernosum?

Hey guys.

I have noticed that when I feel around on the left side of my penis, distally, between the left cavernosum and the spongiosum, it feels like I have a super hard chord or vein that runs up under the glans. It is this way in the flaccid state. This has gotten me quite worried because it is by far the firmest "chord" or hopefully vein, in my penis.

When I check the right side, there is something similar that is much deeper in the penis in that general area, that runs under the glans, but it is much softer. All of this has me worried that the hard line on the left is fibrotic or one of those "hard band of tissue" cases. I mean it is really  hard when flaccid.

I know our penises aren't supposed to be perfectly symmetrical, but does this apply to the veinous makeup as well? I keep telling myself that maybe the one on the left is much closer to the surface, therefore is more prominent and harder to the touch. I used to worry about this spot on my penis more, and I have since let it go, but due to how much firmer it is than the other, it's been worrying me.

From my research, I'm hoping that it is a urethral artery or a urethral vein? I really hope so. I just don't know why one is so much harder than the other and sort of in a different spot. Does anyone else mind looking at the diagrams I attached that show the urethral vein and urethral arteries? Would anyone else mind feeling around in the flaccid state between the spongiosum and cavernosum and see if they fee anything too? I don't have anyone else to ask. I'm having a nervous breakdown over it. I don't know where else to turn to.

I find that the easiest way to search for it is to find where it runs under the glans and trace it back down to its origin. Mine seems to hug the edge of the CC where is meets the spongiosum for about an inch before it disappears under the glans. I just wanted to see if anyone else has these veins or hard chords running along the area where the spongiosum and cavernosum meet. I look forward to hearing from someone.

Not my proudest moment.

Ye, I have the same thing.

I also have what feels like a hard chord in the perineum.

Smashin,

Thanks for the super quick reply. I'm very grateful. Does this hard chord running under the glans cause Peyronies for you? Has it ever caused you problems? How long have you had it?

Hey guys, same problem with me. It's at the side it has a dent.

I'm still not sure if I have hard flaccid or peyronies. I have all hard flaccid symptoms and position-based dent on left. If I'm lieing down dent goes away.
Not sure if Peyronies or pelvic floor issue, it's like my left side is hard-flaccid causing a curve while semi-erect and small dent while erect. No pain, no plaque found.

i have this chord too.
when i do traction it is very visible
i guess, in my case, there should be some relationship with the fact that i have congenital curvature
