Everytime I go to the bathroom now I notice the coca cola/hourglass shape happening. So far my erect penis is fine no loss of girth or length or visible deformity and it fills out evenly maybe a slight tilt to the left but that might have always been there. I just got diagnosed 2/3 months ago I am still in the acute phase. I have been told not to mess with it for right now but I am getting worried for obvious reasons. What do people here suggest I do. I am currently on daily cialis and pentox and taking all the supplements. That is all I am currently doing. I have a VED just haven't used it yet as I am scared of doing more damage as I am still experiencing pain in the flaccid state. Is now a good time to start? or traction by hand? I also had sex last night (kinda rough) should I just abstain from sex for now as well? also does this deformation represent what will happen to my dick in a few months? apologies for all the questions im just v scared as I am only 25 and am also going through other chronic illnesses as well and the mental side of everything is really starting to take its toll on me.

-low dose cialis, ALCAR, CoQ10, heat
-tried traction but seemed to make it worse so just waiting it out

I have ehlers danlos syndrome. I think that is the reason behind peyronies.

Welcome cam, be sure to get started by reading the survival guide and bring your questions here.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057.  Both VED and traction can be helpful during the acute stage to halt and even revert progression.

I noticed the hourglass shape flaccid around month 3 w/ a slight tilt of my head left erect... Over the next few months I noticed narrowing develop when erect on the top 3rd of my penis. Unfortunately it went into warp speed while using traction.. I had it about as mild of a stretch without my junk Falling out and it absolutely inflamed everything. The flaccid hour glassing was def scary and I knew it wasn't a good sign.. Thankfully the bend only hit 10 degrees according to my Doppler and the narrowing bothersome to my soul but  is manageable.. I just take a 20mg of viagra an hour before sex. I lost a cm or two of length with that pesky short side but again it's manageable . My advice is to just let it be while in this acute phase.

Most often the advice is to act quickly during the acute phase to stop any progression.  VED or traction, pentox, low dose nightly generic cialis, etc.
