Asphyxia

23 years old , injured myself jelqing , first appeared a slight curve to the left and a bit of a twist perhaps , gradually got worse,
i did a 9 day water fast after i visited the forum and freaked out that it might be peyronies and then went to a urologist who told me it was just a ligament injury and should heal in 2 weeks, obviously i regret listening to him as i started eating whatever i wanted and curvature got worse and then i tried to eat only pork and it got much better,
i thought i was healed and masturbated twice to relieve all that stress , immediate worsening of symptoms after masturbation,
thats when the pain started and the feeling of having a band pulling on my penis, curvature is mostly when semi erect(can be 60+ degrees) yet it always contracts and releases so sometimes its soft and there is no curvature for few seconds(can somebody explain this?), when fully erect about 5-10 degrees bend

i probably have a severe autoimmune disease as i cant digest almost anything without getting severe adverse reactions such as inflammation in the joints , bloating , constipation, lethargy and depression, i tried carnivore diet but the only meat i can digest is pork , it seemed to do well for a while and then i got very tired , i tried ketogenic diet before and i felt very bad on it ,(fish/egg intolerance + other intolerances)

I know that the autoimmune diet protocol is a carnivore diet but what do you do when you cant even digest meat??

Im currently doing a water fast, im on day 23, i figured i have to fix my digestive issues aswell if i want to fix my penis, but im very skeptical it will work, so far during the fast the pain got worse
And the curvature remained, my bmi is 17 and i probably have like 5% fat so i will stop soon and have bone broth i suppose

Been to 3 urologists, none could feel a plaque, the last one said its possibly peyronies and wont write a prescription for pentox untill its confirmed with mri.

Im essentially losing my mind on repeat,i was suicidal before but now im suicidal and completely exhausted.

My erections are fine when im not fasting so i dont know if i need to supplement for it(it hurts after an erection) , also i tried traction and it hurts while doing it and after too, currently abstaining from porn/masturbation.
I did purchase supplements and many of them.

I have an upcoming hip surgery for labrum tear and acetabular impingement and i was wondering if this hip surgery could worsen my condition ( which i assume is Peyronies).

Any advice or opinion will be appreciated.
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto, carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

Hey man welcome, that sounds really rough.. Peyronie's can truly get better though so try to be patient and hang in there.
I have a lot of dietary limitations too and I know how damn frustrating that is, although your case seems much harder.

When was the injury?

It's very common to have a curve only erect, or even only flaccid. Although it may depend on when your injury was, traction hurting a bit may not be a real reason to stop. Some mild dull aching after seems normal to me in the beginning, but avoid any major pain of course. Keep traction low tension but do it as long as possible so your penis heals straight

I can't imagine the hip surgery worsening the disease man, even in the rare case you get some nerve issues I'm sure they would resolve.

Asphyxia

Injured myself 2-3 months ago, ive got an andropeyronies device but penimaster pro looks much better from the videos ive watched so i might buy that.
i kept wearing the traction device even though it hurted a bit because as you said mild dull aching might not be a reason to stop,
The problem is that sometimes my penis goes berserk after that and tightens and hurts alot
And i cant anticipate it and i cant know how much tension is too much or too less.
But i obviously understand that thats for me to experiment with.

Thank you for your answer and support

In Peyronie's disease, white plaques form, and usually they don't cause any discomfort. Your description suggests that it could be an infection, and in the urinary tract. It prevents the blood from circulating normally, the penis lacks substances, the skin becomes slightly deformed and partially starves the cells. I'm certainly not a doctor, but a neighbor told me that at his clinic often such symptoms are confused with venereal diseases. Most likely there was a weakening of the muscle tone, which led to the curvature of the tissue in the penis.
