Have been using PMP for 8 weeks now and all is going well, already seeing some improvements with both girth and length. Not going through many sluices or diaphragms but getting through a lot of the comfort and care lubricant which is expensive at £14 including postage.

Has anyone had success with using any other lubricant?

I have had great success with using Astroglide Heavy Silicone gel from CVS. I have also had success with using pure Castor oil.

Not sure I can get Astroglide in the UK. Castor oil is interesting, I would have thought that it was too slippery? Will certainly give it a try. Cheers Mike!

@mikel7 How do these alternatives compare with the original promaster fluid? Are they less viscous, less sticky? Penimaster had a lower viscosity batch in early 2019 that I did not like due to increased slippage resulting in blisters. They have since switched back to the original high viscosity formulation.

I know they are both a silicone derivative. The Astroglide gel is as thick as the PM comfort gel. Used sparingly they produce the
same effect of adhesion and don't degrade the latex. The castor oil is also thick and produces a good result. I just don't know
if the oil will degrade latex or not?
