Really depressed about the girth. Please help me

Hello. Long story short, i thought that the penile girth with an implant was the same of what i had, in full erection, before the implant.
Today, i discovered that the implant only have 22cm circumference (the Titan) and so, the only girth you will have is the one from the implant itself or, at best, the one you had when you were flaccid before the surgery..

I'm doing my researches about this topic because, unfortunately, my stretched penile girth is ridicolous, like 9 cm (3.53"), and i've heard that these are the measurements which they take when they implant you.. and the ones you will have. I can't go from 15cm ( 5,90" ) girth now to 9 cm (3.53") after the implant, i would be too depressed and i wont accept it..

So i would like to know:

1) Which was your girth, in flaccid state, BEFORE the implant?
2) And how many inches is your girth now that you've been implanted?

26 yo from Italy.Peyronie's disease probably since 2015.Since then,penis bends of about 20-25°. Peyronies Disease keeps progressing. Moderate ED since 4 years and things getting worse.From pornstar-like to depressed, but still fighting for a solution.

So, to be clear: what's the size of the post-implant erected penis? The size of the penis in a flaccid state pre-surgery or the size of the erected penis pre-surgery?

So, I've found the length post-surgery is the stretched flaccid penis lenght. Mine is 14cm, so I'd lost 2cm if I had to put an implant. crap.
I don't know about the girth, so I can't answer that.

The informations are so WEIRD when it comes to size with an implant. Regarding lenght, if i've understood properly, it will be approximatively the same lenght as your stretched flaccid lenght.
But regarding girth, things get more and more confusionary and weird.

What will my girth be like after an implant? As i said, my girth is really small when flaccid. I will have serious psychological issues if i will have that girth after an implant.. Even with a Titan.

You need to add in the girth of your existing corona cavernosa...once it's pushed aside for your implant.  As long as your surgeon doesn't remove the existing tissue...your size should not be diminished w the Titan...maybe somewhat the AMX.

Yeah Tony, and that is my issue! Since i'm a grower, the tissue of my corpora cavernosa is small, but with a nice capacity to extend.. So it will add really little girth to my engorged penis with an implant..

Are you for real?? So people having by nature a bigger circumference will end up with a total different penis...I've never measured my own girth but I posted a pic, I'm a lot bigger than average...so what?

Jack, actually i'm asking. That is EXACTLY my concern. I have really little girth while flaccid, while my penis grows up in circumference while hard. That's the root of my concerns.

Because i didnt read the answer to my questions. Maybe since im not english native speaker i didn't get it, but i'm doing MASSIVE research here and on FT. So, if you don't know what you're talking about, i kindly ask you to think about your business. Your comment was useless.

To be honest, i used to love this forum and i've found it many great people and much help. In the last months, i just receive attacks here, and i notice and "aggressive behaviour" from the members. What the hell.

Hope, maybe consult w a top Peyronie's specialist by telehealth such as Dr Eid, I don't the think you'll lose girth w the Titan but he can advise on your particular penis.  Even if you have to use a local surgeon at least you'll have solid advice.

Ehy Tony, you're right, but unfortnately we got almost no skilled surgeon in Italy. Nothing in comparison to USA's surgeons! And i can't fly there..

No one can tell me they read all the implant journals and did not see man after man record their girth measurements, and every single one of them ended up with at least the girth of their presurgery erection. In almost all cases, they were bigger.  IT IS THERE IN BLACK AND WHITE IN EVERY JOURNAL. That is usually even the case with  AMS, which has smaller girth cylinders and is limited in girth expansion by mesh.  The Titan has no such restriction.

Hope, I have to tell you, if you don't stop rejecting clearly posted information and posting the same panicked questions over and over, I am going to either mute you so you can read-only or post a warning on your user ID  not to respond to your posts.

thanks for your kindness. I've consulted with 8 specialists. The last one told me that glans will never engorge anymore with an implant. But i've heard online that this is not always true.
So i'm asking in the forums about men experience because i want to know the truth about some topics. I've been betrayed many times from doctors and i just do not trust them anymore. Please note that in Italy we have LITERALLY NO GOOD DOCTORS with regards to implant surgery. To be totally clear, we haven't got a single doctor which is valuable 1/10 in comparison to people like Kramer, Eid and so on.
Furthermore, any man has got a different situation, many undergo an implant surgery for Peyronies Disease, many others for RP, others for venous leak.. and so on. So, if i notice a pattern, i'll be aware of it.
Sorry for my bad english, i'm really tired about this situation which destroyed my life (or what it remained after my cancer at 17 years old) and people just cannot understand. I'll keep gathering informations on FT and lurk here, then when i'll have enough infos and money, i'll undergo the surgery. And that's it.

Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith in life.  I understand you say there are no implant surgeons in Italy.  I bet I could find one, you just have to search.  I will look into it.  Money and insurance are definitely stumbling blocks, but I've been through it.  I fought my insurance on both my surgeries and got both covered.  If you do find a doctor and go for an implant, your glans engorgement, girth, etc will NOT get worse.  What do you have to lose?  I will say the longer you wait to tackle your issues, the more things can get either better or worse.  Do you want to gamble that they get better?  I didn't.  I tackled this horrible condition head on and did all I could.  You should too.  I would love to see a post from you that you fixed yourself.  Nothing would make me happier

Do as you please.  No one, no forum, has given you more clear concise information than we have.  You fail to believe us and act as though you want us to convince you we are not lying.  If you are obsessed with whether you will lose girth after we REPEATEDLY told you "no one loses girth" than I would think you would make a little chart, go to the journals and write down the presurgical girth of every man who had an implant and then write down their girth after implant.  If this is your obsession then you should know my presurgical girth and my girth now.  If you don't, why don't you?  I went to a great expenditure of time measuring, recording, and preserving it for others.  Read it!

If you don't want to read it then take our word on it but stop doubting what we repeatedly tell you.  Can we guarantee that every surgeon on earth will preserve girth?  We can't even guarantee that every surgeon on earth will preserve your penis, but one thing is CERTAIN.  Nothing about a Titan implant cylinder will prevent you from having at least as much girth as you had going into surgery.  NOTHING!

I've read what you guys talk about girth, but I have just a remaining question: what if the penis had a narrowing caused by Peyronie's?

Yes, I understand the penis girth will be the same (or even larger) after an implant if the problem was just erectile dysfunction. But what about in this Peyronie's case? Dr. Paulo Egydio talks in his videos that an implant won't fix the size lost by plaque. Maybe it's because he wants to sell his technique, I don't know.
