Hi, does anyone else have ED caused by autonomic or small fibre neuropathy here? How do you deal with it?

I absolutely have the neuropathy (and others here too), which has affected my penis and erection quality. Luckily I've been able to get rid of 99% of it. Fasting, keto, blood sugar lowering medications, and a combination of B vitamins, ALCAR, and ALA help. Other supplements likely help too. Diet helps more than supplements.

May I know what your supplement stack is?

For diet is it just keto? Or is it more specific than that? I've tried keto before but tbh I didn't experience any difference. My fasted blood glucose has always been normal.

Did you see a neurologist and try any form of medicine for it?

I'm not sure if I have peyronies (more than slight curve, but no pain), but I definitely have Erectile Dysfunction. Along with other autonomic neuropathy symptoms like formication (no extreme pain, just weird sensations), excessive sweating, constipation, sometimes difficulty starting to pee, panting easily etc etc.

I've also recently read of a guy on reddit curing his SFN by using pirenzepine, then using cialis/viagra (PDE5-Inhibitors) when the stomach side effects of pirenzepine got too strong.

Here are the 2 posts respectively:

My fasting blood sugar was normal too. It's therapeutic keto and has to be done for a while, or fasting pretty regularly. Meat can actually trigger it so be careful (even if meat is important). It's extremely limiting what I can eat. I don't take any supplements anymore! Thanks I'll check that out.
