Fixingmyself

Despite being only 19 years old, i'm pretty certain at this point that my 35-40 degree left curve is indeed peyronies. Reasons why I think so are #1 most people on here with congenital curves are upwards curves, mine is to the left. #2 The bottom left of my penis where the curve begins is indented and feels harder and different than the right side. #3 there is prescense of lumps or some sort of hard material in the bottom left side of my penis where the curve begins. The left side of the base of my penis looks completely different than the right #4 I have read that congenital curves are only present during erection whereas mine is also present in the flaccid state. Thoughts anyone?

From what you said, nothing you mention means it couldn't be cogenital.  Hope it is, as cogenital doesn't worsen.  If worried take pictures and objective measurements as detailed in the survival guide.  That way you can accurately track any changes.  You could also have Peyronies Disease specialist take a look at it.
