Probably quite a niche subject, but does anyone know whether any of the oral therapies are safe to take when suffering with liver issues? I have a really rare autoimmune liver disease and don't want to try medication if my liver cant deal with it.

Better ask a doc about that, but I wouldn't expect cialis or viagra to be a problem. Pentox as a blood thinner may be, but ask. Pentox isn't usually effective in Peyroines anyway, but it's readily prescribed (its effectiveness is very controversial- it did absolutely nothing for me. Other oral therapies have been tried but none have proven effective.

English Wikipedia states:

Medication and supplements[edit]
Many oral treatments have been studied but results so far have been mixed.[14] Some consider the use of nonsurgical approaches to be "controversial".[15]
Vitamin E supplementation has been studied for decades, and some success has been reported in older trials but those successes have not been reliably repeated in larger, newer studies.[16]
The use of Interferon-alpha-2b in the early stages of the disease has been studied but as of 2007 its efficacy was questionable.[17]
Collagenase clostridium histolyticum is reported to help by breaking down the excess collagen in the penis.[18][19] It was approved for treatment of Peyronie's disease by the FDA in 2013.[20]

Collagenase clostridium is Xiaflex. Its not an oral therapy but the only effective short of Peyroines surgery. .

Lots of studies point to the efficacy of oral therapies.  But, Jan won't read those-just quotes his Wikipedia article or one or two others that don't support oral therapies.  And this is from someone whose Peyronies Disease improved while taking pentox-but it couldn't be  the pentox (only treatment he was on at the time) because he believes oral therapies don't work.  Lol
