Penile Implant with pre existing inguinal hernia mesh

I've been thinking about this for awhile now, because getting an implant is still is a route I may have to take in the future, though I'm reluctant because of my age.  I've had two inguinal hernia repairs with mesh on both sides of my body; would this cause complications?

If you proceed w an implant you’ll def want to go to a very high volume implant doctor whose done implants for patients in these circumstances.

PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.
