Penile implant along with artificial sphincter implant

Hello, I'm new to the forum. I'm 70 and have been diagnosed with Peyronie's with a 60 degree bend to the left. I'm scheduled for graft surgery in December. I've been dealing with ED since I had a radical prostatectomy in 2017. That surgery left me incontinent and I then had surgery in 2018 to put an artificial sphincter which means I have a pump like device in my scrotum, smaller but like the penile implant pump, that I need to press to piss now. As bad as that may sound I'm cancer free and can walk around now without pads. For the ED Cialis has helped but doesn't always work and the Peyronies has made sex difficult. My surgeon gave me two options, penile implant or the graft surgery. I've opted for the graft surgery because I don't like the thought of having two different pumps in my scrotum. I'm wondering if anyone here has had both a penile implant and artificial sphincter surgery and if they're satisfied with the results?

I haven't but I hear they are compatible.

Thanks TonySa...my Dr says the same but was hoping to hear from someone who has both pumps.

I met an 80 yr old man why had his Titan for 18 months and just had an AMS sphincter control installed and was very happy with them both.  BTW, he and his wife used his implant over 350 times the first year.
