Cold or heat after sex?

What is recommended right after sex while acute phase? Cold or heat?

Heat has worked for me for over 15 years to reduce pain and deformity after sex or masturbation. I cannot imagine not having that. I would never use cold, it makes my penis worse.

Don't understand why I can get a lasting erection without pain, but after sex (even quick sex) appears pain.

Any other advise for right after sex/masturbation?:

If pai. After sex I'd try heat, ibuprofen and/or generic voltaren topical gel.
