Please can someone help me. The curvature gets stronger and stronger, the plaque grows and every erection hurts. none of the therapeutic approaches help. I have cialis, pentox, ved, traction, vitamine e, q10, painkillers, potaba, tcm, hot / cold shower, acupuncture, ..... I can't believe that this is getting worse and I can only see like my penis crippled

I know it's horrible, I felt the same way you did up until this August when things really started to stabilize and not worsen.  Before then I tried about everything and all I was doing was making it worse.  Light VED was the best thing I did, because shortly after I started using it, I noticed improvement in pain and inflammation and then stabilized.  As many on the forum have posted, this is a marathon.  You are just getting through the first lap, which is the hardest.  Hang in there, and have faith that things will get better.

How much traction do you do and have you consulted re surgery?

What is „re“ surgery? I believe with a 40degree curve, pain, and Progression no good surgen would advice to do surgery

I do restore x and Hand traction... but i have troubles with the device

Yes, I would consider VED using the 3 cylinder model from augusta medical systems or equivalent.  Usage protocols are posted on the VED topic on the forum.  It is commonly referred to as the "Old Man" Protocol. He (Old Man) is an amazing guy, 90+ years old that gives me a lot of courage and hope fighting this disease and the adjacent other medical issues it brought on.

It is not unheard of to have a longer acute period, and I suspect those w that situation are more likely to seek out and stay in the forum, while others have recovered and left.

Yep, also forever in active phase. I got it from jelqing as a teen though, so may differ atlot from "classic" peyronies.

Alex, re means regarding.  With a compound curve and one side at 40 degrees I think you would be a plication surgery candidate or even implant.

but what about the pain? will the pain go away after surgery?

symptomes came out of nowhere and there was no pain first, but that later on it worsended

If you’re having pain try pentox, oral NSAIDs or topical generic voltaren gel.

ok i will start pentox again. that might have been helpfull.... i stopped cause i thought the sideeffects were to strong

If you’re having side effects you might start w a lower dose and see what you can build up to overtime without side effects.
