Painful Hematoma

I went for my 6th Xiaflex injection last Thursday. I went to work after when I a felt a sharp pain. It turns out I have a Hematoma. Dr. prescribed pain pills but almost a week later I'm still in great pain. How long do these usually last as I do see s reduction just not enough. I have to say this is the most pain I have ever experienced.
