Hey, new here sorry if this is in the wrong place.
So I'm 26 and have had these symptoms for maybe 10 years but I don't know what I'm dealing with. On the left and right side of my penis is around 6 or 7 bands that reach from the bottom side to the top side although I can't tell if they meet in the middle. They're around 1-3mm thick and quite visible especially when erect. I have some curvature to the right which is most visible when semi erect and sometimes when flaccid and there's little to no curve when erect. I have no pain but I would say the curvature has steadily gotten worse in the last 18 months. I have also lost around 3/4 of an inch in length since I was 16. Obviously I need to go to a urologist but do these bands sound like they might be plaque and does this sound like peyronies? Thanks!

It's difficult to speculate.  But w shortening and worsening curve it could be Peyronies Disease.  Def read the survival guide snd get an assessment.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057

Tony is right that any worsening is likely to be PDS or early PDS. That can often be corrected early on in my experience, so it's best to take actions now and see a specialist.

As far as the bands, they may simply be inflamed lymphatic vessels, which wrap around the penis and are most pronounced under the glans.

Could inflamed lymphatic vessels explain why it's sometimes more or less prominent?

Hi, 3 months ago I found small lump at top of base and underside also, then I realised they were connected by a cord like thing around the penis at base. During the last month, when erect that cord seems to strangle and deform the base, like someone tightening a belt. It's not painful unless I move it away from body when erect. I am having an ultrasound sono thing next week so I hope this can shed light. Have you found any more info?
