Hi guys,

I have a newbie question regarding VED.

I am struggling to get a pump whenever I start with a flaccid penis.

However, when my penis is semi erect I can usually have success in getting a decent pump.

My question is, does it matter that I am starting my VED sessions from a semi-erect state?

Is this making my sessions less effective?

Thanks to all in advance.

A good seal is crucial but avoid pumping to full erection.

OK, sounds like that you might have a small problem with blood flow. I had the same thing happen for me when I first got my one cylinder VED.

It took quite a bit of light pumping sessions to sort of prod my erectile tissue into ''giving way'' for the vacuum pull of the blood through the erectile tissue.

Suggest that you do some extra curricular pumping sessions by starting with a cold penis. Just play around with small amounts of vacuum and at the same time, hold the pressure and slightly pull the entire VED assembly out from your body while holding the pressure. This step causes quite a bit of extra pull while your Dick is still in a more flaccid state.

You might want to try the above, HOWEVER PLEASE TO NOT OVERPULL THE PRESSURE TO THE POINT OF PAIN OR DISCOMFORT. REMEMBER THAT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IS COAX YOUR DICK TO RELEASE ANY OBSTRUCTION IN THE CORPORA AREA BLOOD VESSELS.

If you try the above, do so carefully as stated. Let me know what develops for you. And, remember that VED therapy has a mind of its own and acts accordingly.

Best regards to you. Old Man

Great post by Old Man!

I partially attribute my injury to pumping from semi-erect.
Do as old man says and be patient so your penis slowly learns how to inflate from zero. Even light pumping is effective.
