Venous leak or different nightmare

Hello, everyone. I have a few questions that torment me and I really ask guys who are familiar with such things to answer me ....

In short: Penile fracture, surgery after 8 hours, severe depression, but good months with a good erection follow. After 4 months, the erection begins to weaken. Difficult to maintain an erection and difficult to achieve maximum hardness. Testosterone - 250-300 (low)
Doppler test with 5 micrograms of alprostadil, in which I do not achieve a full erection, but the doctor said that there is no leakage and the inflow is good.
At the moment - sometimes I achieve a full erection and I can keep it, but super strong visual stimulation is needed. Extremely strong visual stimulation causes almost 100% erection and I can keep it. Sometimes I experience premature ejaculation. I can ejaculate without even touching it. Sometimes I can masturbate quite normally without PE. Weak ejaculation (he always shot a lot and hard). Is it possible to have a venous leak that visual stimulation can overcome? How long have you gone without visual stimulation?

For me, it takes me three of four months of no porn in order to truly recover from it. Porn is not a good way to check your erections. Simply checking your erections is devastating and drains your arousal levels. Personally, if I use porn as a way to check my erections, they never are very good. It's only when you are not concerned with it that your body can relax and produce a good erection.

Sten, the difference is you take daily low dose cialis to help heal the Erectile Dysfunction.  And, then before sex take viagra-the combination will also increase Erection quality.

Jan, there are studies supporting low dose Pde5i for plaque reduction.  I'm not going to post every study every time I have to correct the misinformation in your posts.  You can go reference them as they are posted on this forum.

I don't know who posted that remark, which looked like I posted it criticizing myself, which I obviously didn't do, but what has that study to do with Peyroines disease? Did I miss something, but Peyroines disease is not even mentioned in the study.

In fact, in that study there is no evidence whatsoever that anyone in the study even had Peyroines disease. They had a long list of ,,exclusion criteria", people with conditions linked to ED. One was ,, coronary heart disease." If they mean by that, coronary artery disease (CAD) they would have excluded me from their study and I don't even have ED.

I know Peyroines can cause Erectile Dysfunction, but not always, and that cialis treats Erectile Dysfunction, but I don't see the relevance of that study to anything I've ever posted or anything that contradicts anything I've ever posted. Of course cialis treats Erectile Dysfunction, and maybe it works great in combination with Arginine, but what's that got to do with Peyroines?
