I had really bad erection pain at the onset late April.. By June it was pretty much constant flaccid and erection pain till late Augusts/Septuntil I stabilized..June and July I noticed the most changes. Started with slight head tilt left and got to about 15 degrees.. thought that was the worst of it but then some narrowing creeped in.. My uro said when the flaccid pain stops the changes stop. In my case he was right. It really makes getting your mind off  hard when you're in constant pain. I don't think pentoxofylinne does anything more than Advil but I think the combo of that and viagra helped me stay sexually active through the pain... Zoloft was the best thing I ever got on! 25mg took the edge off the anxiety. Now I'm off everything and getting on with me life. A brutal 6+months I'll never forget when I look at my dick.. but it still works and I sure yours will too. Stay strong!

Pain was felt all day long during acute phase.  Pain was present whether erect or flaccid. Constant throbbing. Regular sharp pains. Clothing provided more pain. Additional sharp pain occurred when lathlike plaque running topside length got hooked on clothing seams. Was pretty miserable for >6 months.  Could not wear certain clothing any more.

Pain is during the acute phase and varies greatly from individual to individual and does not seemed to be directly related to the severity of Peyronies Disease.
