Pain during and after masturbation

Hi,
I've had some issues with pain during masturbation with some pain inside the penis (separate from the pain from the injury that caused the bend). It's hard to explain but it kind of feels like It's "bruised" on the inside which makes the masturbation feel not so good. And after my penis can be sore and Aching for a real long time.
Can this be a separate injury or is it Peyronies related? Can it be caused by to much masturbation and taking s longer break might lessen this feeling?

I know this might be delayed but hopefully you're still reading - yes, this is probably the peyronies. It can 'linger' so to speak as general pain. It is probably the inflammation. Although it hurts now, it should hopefully go away over time. I actually found the best thing for pain was ESWT, which you can find in other sections of this forum.

for me I find it impossible to masturbate due to pain. i do not know whether my case is special but due to the indentation and generally being required to "masturbate around a curve" which I simply cannot do so i masturbate against the curve, I want to mastirbate straight with my hand not upwards to the left. so I am in pain which kills erections pretty fast. 14 months in and barely any improvement if anything, 6 months ago vs today i got a lot worse in overall functionality despite trying all oral meds, ved ans stretching. When i do not touch my penis i have no pain during erection though, only when masturbating or in flaccid state which my doctor says is uncommon but reading this forum i understand it is not

If you are causing pain during masturbation then you are very likely damaging your penis.  That is a serious price to pay for masturbation.  I would find a method that is not painful if I had to abstain, buy a vibrator to use om my glans, Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), or some other creative solution.
