Have had Peyronie's for at least 8 months, since April 2020, with curvature developing for the last 5 months. Managed to go private to see a UK urologist in July since Covid has extended the NHS waiting list. Have been using SomaCorrect every morning to achieve 20 erections, but following Old Man's protocol with the different size tubes and not over pumping. Also using PeniMaster Pro 5 times per week for 6 hours per day. Working from home has been a positive. Taking 800iu vitamin E (is that too much?), just recently started 5mg per day Tadalafil on a private prescription and 50mg Sildenafil twice weekly. As a secondary supplement, I also take a capsules of Tumeric daily.
My curvature developed quite suddenly after the first 3 months where there was just a lump on the dorsal part of my penis. The lump is large and hard and tucked right behind my glans. There are a few small nodules on the underside, but they present no additional curvature, although there is a slight deviation to the left. I've not seen any change to the 60' upward curve yet, but I have noticed my girth and length improve. My overall length is the same as before peyronies, if measured along the dorsal curve. I have no pain during sex or with erections.
Its still early days and I am not expecting overnight  miracles. Just keeping it real and loving myself just the way I am no matter what.
Tony on another post kindly suggested COQ10, which I've purchased, but getting Pentox is impossible. Let me know what you think. I would welcome any suggestions.

Sorry this happened to you.  Your dick looks a lot like mine, with very similar curve.

Keep up the SomaCorrect - I think the pumping is good and is also to be helping mine penis.  And i dont know if COQ10 helps, but I am being sure it doesn't hurt!

Do you know how you developed Peyronie's? Was there an accident or incident?

I think you should be doing counter curve traction. I would supplement the PMP with RestoreX. Using the RestoreX as much as possible in the curve setting. It can target the fulcrum of the curve.

You might be a good candidate for Xiaflex.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.

I agree with Luis, counter bend traction is going to be the best chance for success. You probably have the most similar case to mine, I've seen yet on the forums, except I'm at a full 90 degrees straight up.   I started restoreX about 3 weeks ago and am focusing on the counter bending.  It is taking time to get stretched out far enough to get to position 3, but its going well so far.  No further injuries, etc.   I use somacorrect and the old man's protocol as well.  Hopefully we both get good outcomes down the road without surgery.

A very big thank you to all 3 of you for your advice. I think the Restorex can be purchased from the US online. It's expensive, but a small price to pay for my little guy. Sometimes showing photos gives a better idea of the condition. I wish more of us shared photos so we didn't feel like we were the only one's and also the progress. I'll be posting in future and will be sure to provide a progress update. Thanks again for all your help.

Your case is almost identical to mine - upwards bend starting just below the glans. My main plaque extends to under the glans. I saw a urologist in London who referred me to someone who wanted to sell me SOMAcorrect and penimaster pro. His view was that the PMP would bring better results than the SOMAcorrect. My concern with traction devices is that they clamp onto the glans so the part of the plaque under glans wouldn't have any longitudinal tension. I wonder if the PMP sluice attachment device is better for those of use with the plaque extending under the glans? Perhaps counterbending with restorex is better for glans plaques? But again you are clamping down onto the plaque. Will be interested to hear your updates.

I use two small squares I cut from the thin flexible rubber padding that is used for dishes in the kitchen. I believe it's used in the cabinets and to put dishes on while allowing them to dry. It's very soft and pliable and I put a square on each side of clamp. I use the same two squares over and over. Works great for traction and adds some cushion.
