I noticed something weird happening some times. I can't figure out the cause but i found it rather interesting that after i ejaculate my lower back hurts really bad ONLY when i stand up and straighten my back. If i sit/lay down or even stand up WITHOUT straightening my back, i do not get this pain.

I understand that back pain would be a symptom of prostate issues, but i would expect that to be constant, not only when i straighten by back.

Lead me to believe some muscle tightness would be involved.. either psoas or low back muscles.

Anyone can make some sense of that?

Edit: An update on this. The back pain does not happen only after ejaculation, just being aroused and having an erection seems to trigger it.
31 yo, Hourglass Peyronies likely because of masturbation

Treatment: Vit E and fish oil (vitD+E), no more masturbation; good improvement so far, less hourglass both in flaccid and erect state, little to no pain during erection now

Barely anything makes sense about Peyronie's lol.
Everything is connected to your central nervous system in your spinal cord, so actually, it does make sense.
In the sense that the inflammation in your penis makes it hurt in other places as well, since it's all connected.
I sometimes get stinging pain in my upper leg, and in my pelvic area (not the penis) and I know for certain that it's because of the frustrating f*cking inflammation in my dick.
I wouldn't be worried about prostatic issues.
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

I never hear of the pains you described being caused from Peyroines. How do you know they are even from your penis? Did you bother to ask a urologist or just make this up yourself?
